Job Description:
Join the UNIFY Finance Team and be part of Schneider Electric’s flagship business transformation program. UNIFY is driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and best-in-class digital solutions to standardize, simplify, and modernize processes across Europe and International operations. In this role, you will support entities throughout the transformation journey, from preparation and deployment to adoption and hypercare, ensuring efficient, compliant, and future-ready finance processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Schneider Electric’s most strategic global initiatives and help shape the way we deliver value worldwide. What will you do?* Lead the regional deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Accounting as part of Schneider Electric’s UNIFY transformation program.
- Lead and coordinate manual value mapping activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Drive the adoption of standardized finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, Intercompany, General Ledger, Tax, Treasury, Payroll & Credit management
- Partner with Global and Local BPOs, Finance teams, and key stakeholders to align business needs with best practice solutions.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops and support organizations through deployment, training, go-live, and hypercare.
- Contribute data migration, change management, and business readiness activities to ensure successful transformation and user adoption.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?* Strong expertise in accounting processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, and Intercompany Accounting, with solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
- Experience in ERP implementations, migrations, or large-scale business transformation projects; exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills combined with a project-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and adaptable professional, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams; fluent English required.
