About this Opportunity
Join Ericsson's EMEA Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management team and lead workplace transformation, office build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the region. You will deliver modern, sustainable workplaces that support business needs, employee experience, and Ericsson's Real Estate strategy.
What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end real estate build and fit-out projects across EMEA.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and governance.

Translate business requirements into workplace solutions.

Drive workplace, wellbeing, sustainability, and HSE objectives within projects.

Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project partners.

Collaborate with Real Estate, IT, Security, People, Sourcing, and business stakeholders.

Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.

Provide regular project reporting and stakeholder communication. The Skills You Bring

Proven experience delivering workplace, construction, fit-out, or corporate real estate projects.

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, risk, and supplier management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working across multicultural and matrix organizations.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
