A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be at the center of enabling project excellence across the organization, ensuring that our project management platform, OnePM, supports effective project execution, reporting, and decision-making. Acting as the key link between project management professionals and IT teams, you will help transform business needs into practical digital solutions that drive value. Your day will involve collaborating with global stakeholders, improving processes, supporting platform enhancements, and promoting best practices that strengthen project governance and data quality. Through your expertise, you will help teams work more efficiently while increasing adoption and user satisfaction across the platform.How You’ll Make an Impact

Own and govern the OnePM platform from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with project management processes and organizational needs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance usability, efficiency, reporting capabilities, and data quality.
Serve as the primary interface between business users and IT teams, translating business requirements into effective digital solutions.
Support issue resolution, coordinate testing activities, and enable the successful implementation of new functionalities.
Develop user guidance, training materials, and best practices that drive adoption and support consistent platform usage across the organization.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to strengthen project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.

What You Bring

Solid experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Project Excellence, or similar project-focused functions.
Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and project execution processes.
Experience working with project management tools and digital solutions within a business environment.
Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and successfully drive change initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience collaborating within international and cross-functional teams.
