About the Role

Good engineering is not done only at a desk. Some of the most important answers are found on the production floor, where materials, machines, settings and people meet in real production. In this role, you will work with that reality every day.

As Development Engineer in NOV's Extrusion Process Team, you will help develop, improve and troubleshoot the extrusion processes behind some of the world's most advanced flexible pipe systems. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects and R&D to understand technical challenges, find the root causes and turn good ideas into reliable solutions in production.

Previous extrusion experience is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for an engineer who is curious, structured and willing to learn. Someone who asks why, who enjoys complex problems, and who wants to understand how a manufacturing process really behaves before deciding how to improve it.

About NOV

NOV is a global leader in the design and production of advanced flexible pipe systems. With manufacturing facilities in Denmark and Brazil and a robust global engineering network, we are committed to technical innovation, quality, and operational excellence.

What We Offer

  • A skilled international team with a strong focus on extrusion, manufacturing technology and practical problem solving.
  • A role where your work is visible in real production and contributes directly to safety, quality, productivity and process robustness.
  • Technical challenges that require both analytical thinking and hands-on validation on the production floor.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects and R&D.
  • The opportunity to influence manufacturing performance across our production sites in Denmark and Brazil.
  • Professional development in a highly specialized area with long-term importance for NOV's flexible pipe production.
