Role - Fraud Analyst

Job Description

Fraud Analyst with hands-on experience in creating and optimizing fraud detection rules in ARIC/SAS FM.

Should possess strong domain expertise in Cards & Payments with the ability to analyze transaction patterns, identify fraud trends, and implement effective fraud prevention strategies while minimizing false positives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize fraud detection and prevention rules in ARIC and/or SAS FM.
• Monitor frauds, analyze suspicious transactions, and investigate emerging fraud patterns.
• Fine-tune fraud strategies to improve detection rates while reducing false positives and customer impact.
• Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to implement fraud controls and enhancements.
• Support fraud monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking through dashboards and analytics.
• Participate in fraud rule reviews, model validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, network, and organizational fraud risk management standards.
