We're looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence Manager who can understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and turn data into clear recommendations that support better decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across LEGO House to support commercial performance, guest growth, revenue optimization, and operational planning. You will use data, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to create practical insight that helps the business prioritize, act, and grow.
The position is based in Billund, and we do not offer relocation assistance or visa support for this role.
Core Responsibilities
In the Business Intelligence Manager role, you will help turn commercial questions into clear insights, recommendations, and actions that support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
- Understand the business and identify commercial opportunities by analyzing guest behavior, target groups, market opportunities, tourism trends, sales performance, and guest feedback, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales & Insights, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership,
- Translate data into practical recommendations that support guest growth, revenue optimization, ticket product development, pricing, campaigns, and operational planning.
- Lead forecasting and planning across guest volume, revenue, opening calendar planning, time-slot allotment, and capacity planning.
- Own and develop trusted BI reporting through dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics that make insights accessible and useful across the organization.
- Combine internal and external data sources to create a stronger understanding of performance, opportunities, and business impact.
- Communicate insights clearly and engagingly so complex information becomes easy to understand, discuss, and act on.
Do you have what it takes
You bring strong analytical skills together with commercial curiosity and a solid understanding of how data can create business value. Ideally, you have:
- 5+ years of experience within business intelligence, commercial analysis, forecasting, performance management, or business partnering.
- Business understanding and the ability to connect data, guest behavior, revenue, operations, and commercial priorities.
- Experience translating business questions into clear analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
- Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modelling, visualization, best practices, and preferably DAX.
- Excel capabilities and experience working with multiple data sources.
- Communication skills and the ability to explain complex insights in a simple and engaging way.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions to guide decision-making.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Experience from tourism, attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or destination businesses is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
