Job Responsibilities

Gather and organize the technical information required for all documentation;
Compile technical information into clear documentation in line with company guidelines and corporate branding. You will work with systems such as MadCap Flare and Foxit PDF;
Review technical information and associated drawings, and coordinate updates where necessary;
Maintain the document management system;
Ensure the continuity, accuracy, and quality of all documentation in accordance with the required guidelines and specifications;
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements. Who are you?

You have at least an MBO-level qualification (vocational education) and relevant work experience;
You have strong administrative skills and work accurately;
You have experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, graphic design software, and PDF editing tools;
You have demonstrable knowledge and experience in technical documentation or similar documentation-related activities;
You have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
Experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, including relevant technical requirements and standards, is an advantage;
Experience with water treatment systems is a plus. What we offer
