Account Manager / Destination Manager for Americas

Transferz is building the leading global marketplace for ground transportation, connecting travelers, travel brands, and local transfer companies in over 150 countries. With 800+ hubs (airport, seaport, train stations) live and 1,500+ transfer suppliers in our network, we’re scaling fast. Our goal? To be the winner in the first and last mile of travel, globally.

We’re hiring an Account Manager (internally: Destination Manager) to join our growing Supply team. You’ll be part of a tight-knit regional pod(team), working hands-on with local transfer suppliers to grow and optimize key hubs.

What You’ll Do:

Run your hubs like a business

• Own the performance of your assigned hubs (Tier 1 & 2).
• Work closely with your Pod Lead and fellow Destination Managers (DM) to share insights, cover each other, and improve the way of working together.
• Build solid supplier relationships, making sure availability, pricing, and quality stay sharp.
• Make the call when SLAs aren’t met and escalate when needed.

Use data to make better decisions

• Use PowerBI, DevRev, and internal dashboards daily.
• Work with our Data team to spot issues early, like fulfillment dips or rising cancellations.
• Turn insights into action: run experiments, fix inefficiencies, and track what’s working.

Keep quality tight

• Monitor trends and service issues using our Quality Tree and reward systems.
• Stay ahead of local events and demand spikes.
• Act fast when things go off track.

Drive supplier performance

• Lead structured check-ins with suppliers using real-time data.
• Track KPIs like service quality, compliance, pricing, and fleet availability.
• Improve conversion through smart pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and market dynamics.

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong with data, structured in your thinking, quick to spot patterns and opportunities.
• Not afraid to challenge suppliers, or your own team, when needed.
• Based in the Netherlands or Cordoba(Argentina) or open to relocating.
