About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The Scientific Relations Project Manager (home-based in Spain) will work closely with the global Scientific Relations team to support them with operational and project management tasks
As part of our SRS team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate 200-300 expert meetings for large congresses (ASCO, ESMO) and up to 50 meetings for smaller events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned experts and stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage meetings using SpotMe, ensuring accurate calendar integration and attendee communications.
- Create congress overview presentations, briefing decks, and meeting materials.
- Maintain tracking tools for event planning, meeting status, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication across Medical Affairs, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in biological sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
- English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
- Experience in event, meeting, or congress coordination, within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with scheduling and event management platforms (e.g., SpotMe).
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to congresses, stakeholder engagement, or insights processes.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
