About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a F&B Help Attendant position to join our F&B Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensure a safe working environment by following hygiene and safety procedures and handling equipment properly.
• Anticipate guest needs, maintain a friendly rapport, handle feedback professionally, and personalize service when possible.
• Follow all food, beverage, and service standards to support smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and assist with service during busy periods or special events.
• Support cost control by minimizing waste and using resources responsibly.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar establishment and basic food and hygiene training
• Excellent level of English, Spanish is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and professional personality attributes
• Excellent supervisory, leadership and customer care skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferred knowledge of the Opera System
