About the position

Paradise & Wilderness is a specialised travel organisation with its own lodges, camps, vehicles

and guides in Tanzania and Zanzibar. Thanks to our local presence, we can organise complete

tours entirely ourselves, without intermediaries; this makes our trips personal, flexible and reliable.

We offer both private and shared safaris, beach stays in Zanzibar and unique adventures such as balloon rides and walking safaris. Everything is focused on experience, comfort and creating unforgettable moments in nature.

We are looking for motivated, accurate and customer-oriented French & English-speaking

(Other languages as a plus) Travel Specialists to join our team in Breda Office.

You will be the first point of contact for all kinds of European guests who want to book a safari or beach experience and will guide them through the entire process: from the initial enquiry to the review email after their return home.

What will you be doing?

Customer contact & sales

● Responding professionally and quickly to incoming enquiries via email, telephone, chat or

online platforms.

● Listening to and understanding customers' preferences, budget and expectations, and

suggesting suitable options.

● Providing information about travel routes, accommodation, national parks, domestic flights, activities and prices.

● Present information in a clear, reliable and enthusiastic manner to convert leads into

bookings.

● Advise on upgrades or extras (private safari vehicles, lodge upgrades, Zanzibar

extensions).

Reservation management

● Complete management of the process: request → proposal → confirmation → payment →

point of contact during the trip → aftercare.

● Coordination with internal lodges, operations teams, vehicles/logistics and external

partners.

● Correctly registering and communicating special requests (dietary requirements, room

layout, birthdays, mobility).

● Accurate data entry into booking systems and CRM.

Customer support before arrival

● Follow up with customers before and after confirmation to ensure a smooth process.

● Provide information about travel documents, visas, luggage, internal flights and general

Tanzania travel information.

● Resolve any issues and ensure a stress-free experience.

Internal communication & process improvement

● Report trends, recurring questions and opportunities for improvement to the product or

operations team.

● Participate in training courses on new lodges, seasons, routes and wildlife.

● Contribute to improving email templates and work processes.

What do you bring to the table?

● French & English is a must (professional level).

● Other European languages are an advantage (if possible).

● Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented.

● Experience in travel sales, hospitality, tourism or safari activities is highly desirable.

● Travel experience in Tanzania & Zanzibar is an advantage.

● Able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

● Flexible working hours and ability to work on weekends.

● Familiarity with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
