At Pretius we are looking for Project Manager to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project.
Project / Role
- Manage technical projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Define project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to address delays or changing priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish and maintain project communication, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare and communicate implementation specifications, project expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Forecast potential issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers.
- Knowledge of software development and deployment industry standards.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
- Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.
- Project management skills to start projects and finish projects successfully.
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
- Proficient use of project management software (e.g. JIRA).
- Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (e.g., Definition of Ready/Done, user stories, epics, features, backlog, splitting stories, etc.).
- Experience creating proactive self-organizing teams.
- Experience of delivering in an environment where multiple development teams are involved.
Nice to have:
- Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution.
- Professional Scrum Master Certification from an accredited institution.
- IT technical background (Architect, Engineer, QA, etc.) is considered a plus.
