As a Data Analyst / BI Developer, you transform data into insights, models, and dashboards, define KPIs, build data models and analytical products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver global, scalable solutions that support diagnostics, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities would include:
- translating business and analytical needs into data models, semantic layers, KPIs, DAX logic, and dashboard requirements
- supporting the design and maintenance of global, scalable analytical assets aligned with the D&A; roadmap
- assessing feasibility of new use cases by validating data availability, modelling requirements, and technical constraints
- collaborating with Product Leads and Business Analysts to shape a clear, prioritised backlog
- bringing structure to analytical challenges, understanding the “why” behind each requirement
- participating in technical assessment of new ideas and enhancements (Idea Portal, SNOW)
- providing firstline support (L1) for analytics-related queries and issues via our SNOW processes
- communicating analytical concepts and data modelling decisions clearly and simply
- working closely with Business Analysts, SMEs and development team members to validate KPIs, logic, and visualisation needs
- contributing to alignment sessions for metrics, data structures, and governance
- acting as the voice of analytics, ensuring products meet user expectations and delivering real value
- designing and building high-quality dashboards, models, semantic layers, and analytical products using Power BI and/or Grafana
- creating performant DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and reusable data models
- supporting global KPI standardisation and modelling logic across use cases
- identifying and resolving data quality issues; working closely with data engineers to address structural gaps
- ensuring alignment of metrics and logic across squads, breweries, and regions for global consistency
- providing continuous technical and analytical clarification to the development team
- developing, testing, validating, and documenting BI assets to meet acceptance criteria
- demoing analytical increments, collecting structured feedback, and iterating
- monitoring dataset refresh performance, data availability, and usage patterns
- breaking down analytical requirements into clear, testable backlog items
- ensuring BI tasks meet the Definition of Ready before sprint commitment
- actively contributing to Agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinemenet, Daily collaboration, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- promoting iterative delivery and datadriven decision making
- providing documentation, training support, and deployment guidance for dashboards and data products
- ensuring new KPIs, dashboards, and models are understood, adopted, and creating intended value.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related fields
- strong BI development skills (Power BI, Grafana), including semantic modelling and DAX
- excellent SQL skills and experience with structured data environments
- solid understanding of analytics principles (KPIs, dimensional modelling, data flows)
- proven experience designing intuitive, scalable dashboards
- experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial analytics
- exposure to OT/IT data (MES, SCADA, sensors)
- familiarity with Azure analytics tools (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL)
- ability to validate data quality and solve analytical challenges
- experience working in global, multicultural environments
- fluent English skills.
