nternational Fashion & DTC | End-to-End Supply Chain | Cost, Inventory & Growth
LOCATION Dubai
LEVEL Senior
REPORTING TO Founders / Management
THE ROLE
For an ambitious international fashion & DTC brand in Dubai, we are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain.
This is a pivotal role connecting suppliers, production, purchasing, logistics, inventory, finance, product and marketing — ensuring the right product is available at the right time, in the right quantity and at the right cost.
You will bring structure, visibility and commercial discipline to a fast-growing environment and help transform the supply chain into a proactive, digital and profit-driven engine for growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
01 — SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS
-
Own the journey from purchase order to final delivery.
-
Optimise international transportation across air, sea, rail and express.
-
Evaluate routes, lead times and shipping methods based on cost and efficiency.
-
Manage Incoterms, customs, VAT, duties and international trade requirements.
-
Develop an optimal logistics and warehousing set-up across international markets.
02 — SUPPLIERS, PRODUCTION & PURCHASING
-
Become the key operational contact for suppliers, agents and logistics partners.
-
Monitor performance and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies and claims.
-
Ensure quantities, SKUs, quality and specifications match purchase orders.
-
Improve production planning, supplier follow-up and lead-time management.
-
Gradually take ownership of negotiations covering pricing, MOQs, lead times and payment terms.
-
Explore opportunities to optimise sourcing and raw-material purchasing, particularly across Asia/China.
03 — COST, MARGIN & CASH FLOW
Protecting margin is a critical part of the role.
You will build and maintain a clear product cost and pricing matrix, including:
Product · Packaging · Production · Raw Materials · Transportation · Customs · Taxes · Warehousing · Agents · Other Supply Chain Costs
You will identify cost drivers, monitor currency exposure and assess their impact on profitability.
You will also work closely with Finance to improve supplier terms, payment structures and working capital.
04 — INVENTORY & DEMAND PLANNING
-
Take ownership of inventory accuracy and valuation.
-
Establish reliable stock-counting and FIFO processes.
-
Balance availability with healthy working capital.
-
Identify slow-moving and dead stock and develop commercially smart solutions.
-
Forecast demand for the coming 2–3 months using sales, inventory and commercial data.
-
Proactively prepare for Black Friday, Mother’s Day, new collection launches, campaigns and promotions.
05 — PRODUCT, MARKETING & NEW COLLECTIONS
Supply chain starts long before a product reaches the warehouse.
You will work closely with Product and Marketing to translate the commercial calendar into clear production and supply-chain requirements.
This includes:
-
New collection planning
-
Samples and approvals
-
Campaign volumes
-
Special packaging and activations
-
Events, launches and promotional requirements
Your role is to make sure growth never comes at the expense of product availability.
06 — DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN
A key ambition is to create a fully digitalised supply chain and one central source of truth.
You will help establish real-time visibility across:
Purchase Orders · Production Status · Quantities · Collection Dates · Shipments · Inventory · Supplier Performance
The ultimate goal: end-to-end visibility from production to final delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who combines analytical strength with commercial instinct.
You are:
-
Highly structured, organised and data-driven
-
Commercially sharp and financially aware
-
Experienced in international supply chains
-
Strong in supplier and partner management
-
Confident negotiating and challenging existing processes
-
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented
-
Comfortable in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
-
Curious about technology, automation and digitalisation
-
Able to connect operational detail with the bigger commercial picture
Experience within fashion, apparel, DTC, e-commerce or another fast-moving consumer environment is highly relevant.
International sourcing and production experience — particularly with Asia/China — is a strong advantage.
French language skills / a French-speaking background are a strong plus.
THE MINDSET
This is not simply a logistics role.
It is an opportunity for someone who wants to build the supply chain behind a globally ambitious brand.
You see the problem before it becomes a problem.
You see the cost before it impacts the margin.
You see the demand before the stock runs out.
You see the opportunity before someone else does.
THE MISSION
Transform the supply chain from an operational and reactive function into a proactive, structured, digital and profit-driven engine for growth.
RIGHT PRODUCT.
RIGHT TIME.
RIGHT QUANTITY.
RIGHT COST.
With maximum availability, healthy cash flow, protected margins and minimum supply-chain risk.
An opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a brand with global ambitions.
