Position SummaryOperating out of Barcelona, you will serve as a dedicated growth advisor empowering scaling Dutch businesses as they integrate, refine, and maximize their Google Ads presence. Your primary mission centers on delivering end-to-end client leadership—welcoming new account partners, driving deeper feature adoption, minimizing churn, and expanding long-term business value across your portfolio.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Facilitate initial setup for incoming business accounts, assessing their market positioning to map out comprehensive digital marketing blueprints.
- Consultative Outreach: Conduct high-level consultations with corporate leaders to pair their overarching commercial targets with high-performing ad configurations.
- Campaign Refinement: Design, execute, and continually optimize key ad elements—including target market segmentation, persuasive ad copy, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign data points and translate complex analytics into actionable adjustments that consistently boost return on ad spend.
- Pipeline Care: Maintain systematic daily client contact schedules while keeping CRM platforms updated with pristine accuracy and full record tracking.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional Dutch market shifts and share local consumer insights to help shape broader product positioning and targeting efforts.
Applicant Profile
- Language Proficiency: Native or equivalent C1–C2 command of Dutch, supplemented by fluent professional English for internal cross-functional teamwork.
- Professional Background: Proven experience in client relations, account growth strategies, and hands-on utilization of sales CRM platform architectures.
- Market Understanding: Solid grasp of Dutch commercial etiquette, regional consumer trends, and strict compliance with European privacy standards (GDPR).
