• telephone customer service (incoming and outgoing calls)
• providing information in accordance with T-Mobile standards and actively selling products and services
• implementation of individual sales, quality and efficiency goals
• providing high quality service and attention to the highest level of customer experience

• You enjoy working with people and easily build relationships
• You are focused on achieving goals and competing
• You have a good work organization and can work in a dynamic environment
• You adapt quickly to new situations
• You are ready to continuously develop your knowledge and expand your competences
• You have experience in telephone or direct sales which is your added asset
