As People Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the organization's people strategy to life through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns, and trusted advisory support to senior leaders. Your work will help strengthen employee engagement, reinforce organizational priorities, and create meaningful connections between people and purpose.
What Your Impact Is:
- Shape and drive internal communications that support key people initiatives including performance management, DEIB, wellbeing, leadership engagement, and talent development.
- Partner closely with People, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver clear, aligned, and impactful messaging.
- Develop integrated communication strategies that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of people programs across the organization.
- Lead high-profile employee communication campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior stakeholders, including executive leaders.
- Use data, feedback, and analytics to continuously improve engagement and communication effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency between internal employee messaging and the broader employer brand and talent marketing strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Required
- 5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Experience partnering closely with HR, People, or Talent functions to deliver people-focused communications.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills across multiple communication formats and channels.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel communication campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and influence senior leaders.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using employee feedback and communication metrics to guide decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Preferred
- Experience within a professional services, consulting, or global corporate environment.
- Background supporting communications related to DEIB, wellbeing, performance management, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and multicultural audiences.
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing communications.
- Interest in sustainability, climate action, or broader business strategy topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategic messaging that supports the organization's people agenda and business objectives.
- Create engaging communications content including articles, presentations, speeches, videos, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership communications.
- Lead end-to-end communication campaigns, including planning, stakeholder engagement, content development, execution, and measurement.
- Partner with People and Leadership teams to communicate important initiatives and organizational priorities effectively.
- Act as the communications lead for major people-related events, programs, and annual initiatives.
- Ensure employee-facing content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date across digital communication platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including agencies, to produce high-quality communications materials.
- Identify innovative communication approaches and share best practices to continuously enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through analytics and audience insights, using findings to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster alignment across internal communications, employer brand, and external messaging to deliver a seamless employee experience.
