What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement HR projects and administrative processes.
- Assist with internal communications and HR reporting.
- Contribute ideas and promote ongoing people and culture initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous internship, volunteer, or leadership experience.
- Familiarity with HR processes
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee engagement practices.
- Background in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
