About Qualifyze:
Founded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,500 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally. Our digital suite of solutions connects manufacturers, suppliers, and a global network of more than 250 auditors and quality experts.
With a track record of over 4,500 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation in the Life Sciences sector.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of our Life Science product line for global SMB and Enterprise clients.
Qualifyze has expanded from managing Quality Audits into broader Supply Chain Risk Management for Life Sciences, and is building toward a multi-product portfolio. This role exists to identify, frame, and validate the next products in that portfolio. You will define emerging problem spaces and take solutions from zero to initial adoption, validating or pivoting bets based on evidence.
You will work closely with executive leadership (CPO and CEO), as well as your product team peers (PMs, UX leaders, and Solution Consulting). We are looking for an experienced product leader who thrives in ambiguous opportunity spaces and can build strong partnerships with senior pharma quality stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the Problem Space: Take ownership of an emerging area of the pharma value chain. Frame the problem, form clear thesis, define strategic bets, and maintain the discipline to pivot when evidence does not support the initial concept.
- Product Discovery: Run continuous discovery directly with senior pharma quality stakeholders. Form and test value and viability hypotheses, build lightweight prototypes, and make evidence-based decisions on a weekly cadence.
- Zero-to-One Delivery: Partner with Engineering and Design to move validated concepts to initial adoption through testable releases. Leverage modern tools, analytical methods, and experience to optimize for learning velocity and time-to-first-value.
- Commercial Validation & GTM: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to test positioning, market segments, and willingness-to-pay early in the process. Validate new products through real customer adoption against the status quo.
- Evidence & Decision-Making: Maintain a direct connection between customer evidence and product decisions; track early signals appropriate to a 0-1 product (qualitative validation, activation, initial user retention) over volume-based output metrics.
Main requirements:
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of life-science GMP or GCP (manufacturing and clinical quality) is a strict requirement.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one track record: Framed an ambiguous problem and took at least one product from initial concept to first traction, including explicit rationale for what was chosen not to be built.
- ~10 years in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS; effective and articulate when collaborating with senior, technical customers and executives.
- Experience with enterprise software and data products; strong fluency in platform, data, and integration concepts to partner effectively with Engineering.
- Based in or willing to travel weekly to Barcelona or Frankfurt offices (occasional business trips across Europe or US are expected).
