Product Owner (Clinical Insights Portfolio)

Job Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for navify Clinical Hub .
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning activities.
• Translate clinical needs into clear user stories , acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Prioritize features and enablers based on clinical and business value.
• Support discovery activities and collaborate with Business Product Managers.
• Contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning within a SAFe environment.
• Work closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders.
• Use clinical evidence, user feedback, and product usage data to support prioritization decisions.
• Manage and maintain the product requirements baseline.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and product capabilities supporting oncology care.

Expectations

• Strong Product Owner experience in software development environments.
• Hands-on clinical domain expertise in oncology or a closely related clinical specialty.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end oncology patient journey , including diagnostics, staging, biomarker testing, treatment planning, treatment delivery, and follow-up.
• Practical knowledge of how hospitals and multidisciplinary care teams operate.
• Experience working with clinical software solutions , ideally used directly at the point of care.
• Understanding of EMR/EHR ecosystems , pathology and radiology reporting, genomic and biomarker data.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7 v2, and DICOM .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, hospital IT teams, nurses, pathologists, and oncologists.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and gathering complex business requirements.
• Knowledge of medical software regulations , patient privacy requirements, and clinical safety principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; exposure to SAFe is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Experience in Digital Health , Clinical Decision Support, or Healthcare IT products.Technical background in software development. Previous experience in regulated healthcare environments. Understanding of product analytics and data-driven product management.
