Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and industrial machinery;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues;
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability to support production targets.
• Participate in the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of new equipment;
• Maintain maintenance records and intervention reports;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime;
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Profile

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician who:

• Has a technical background in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, or a related field;
• Brings experience from an industrial manufacturing environment;
• Can confidently interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation;
• Enjoys diagnosing problems and finding effective solutions;
• Works well both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Is adaptable and willing to work shifts when necessary.
