Chief Cook (C/C) | Offshore - Service operation vessels (SOV)

Join our offshore team as Chief Cook on a Service Operation Vessel in Denmark. You will be responsible for preparing tasty, nutritious meals for crew and offshore personnel, keeping a clean and safe galley, and supporting smooth daily operations on board.

• Key responsibilities:
• Plan menus and prepare daily meals for crew and guests
• Order, receive and manage food and galley stores
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in galley and storerooms
• Control stock levels and reduce food waste
• Coordinate with vessel management on catering matters
• Follow all safety rules and participate in drills
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as Chief Cook or Cook on offshore vessels or ships
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate
• Ship’s Cook or equivalent catering qualification as per flag/state rules
• Good knowledge of galley safety, food hygiene and stock control
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural crew
• Good English communication skills
