The position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Robot Specialist who will further put our robot technology on the map within the stadium and golf markets. You are the connecting link between Product Development, Sales, Marketing and the market. You support the Area Managers and the sales team with product knowledge, market insights and sales strategies.
A deep technical background is not necessary. More important is that you have an affinity with robotics and/or technology, understand what our robots and sensors can do, and are able to translate these possibilities into concrete commercial opportunities. In this way, you help the sales team and our customers understand the added value of the technology and ensure that new applications and opportunities in the market are taken advantage of.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge function between Product Development and Sales: supporting sales in the sale of our robots.
- Stimulate and support regional sales with product information, market insights, sales strategies and sales preparations.
- Visit customers together with Area Managers and identify commercial opportunities in the market.
- Conduct product demonstrations, open days and trade show activities.
- Translate market developments and customer needs into new commercial opportunities and applications.
- Contribute to the further development of the robot as a platform for future applications, such as cameras and sensors. The current focus is on UVC technology.
Your profile

Your qualifications
- Affinity with robotics, sensors, UVC technology and/or smart technology.
- Commercial interest and the ability to translate technical products to the market and the customer.
- Knowledge of or interest in the sports market.
- Affinity with grass, plant health, chemical-free cultivation/control and sustainable technology is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and social skills; you are able to lead discussions, influence stakeholders and get people enthusiastic about new technology.
- Proactive, practical and pragmatic.
- You are independent, while at the same time enjoying working as the connecting link within an international team.
- You are willing to travel internationally approximately 20–40% of your time.
- Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
- In possession of a driving licence.
