Senior Project Manager

We're Hiring | Senior Project Manager | Zwolle, Netherlands | Contract

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale technical infrastructure projects? We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead complex multidisciplinary projects for a leading drinking water infrastructure organization in the Netherlands.

What You'll Be Working On

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risk
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, government authorities, and external stakeholders
• Oversee contract management, project reporting, and project governance
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful project execution
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory standards

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large and complex technical infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in project and/or program management
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with PRINCE2, contract management, and risk management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Business Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred

• Experience within the drinking water or utility sector
• Knowledge of physical security projects

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands
Project Commencement: 24 August 2026
Contract: 4-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
Hours: 24 hours/week
Start: Immediately
