Who We Are!
World Wide Technology is a global technology solutions provider with more than $20 billion in annual revenue and over 14,000+ employees worldwide. Since 1990, we've grown from a technology reseller into one of the largest privately-held companies in the world, partnering with 80+ of the Fortune 100 and top technology providers like Cisco and NVIDIA. Our expertise spans AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud and data center infrastructure, networking, data analytics, and automation — helping organizations bring transformational ideas to life, safely and at scale.
Behind every solution we deliver is a robust global supply chain and logistics operation, and our warehouse teams are essential to keeping that engine running for customers around the world.
Production Associates perform entry/basic level tasks related to processing product in the integration center. Responsibilities include testing, inspection, basic installations, pre-integration, inventory, and refurbishing where applicable. Production associates will need to validate the physical and systematic processing of material while being able to record quality transactions representing work. This position reports to a Production Supervisor.
No two days look the same in our Integration Lab. As a Production Associate focused on cabling and rack and stack, you'll help build the physical foundation of the technology solutions we ship to customers around the world — installing equipment into server racks and cabinets, and running the cables that connect it all. You don't need years of experience to start; you just need to be hands-on, careful with detail, and ready to learn.
What You'll Do
- Install hardware into racks and cabinets following simple build instructions
- Run and organise cables (power, network, fiber) neatly and to standard
- Label equipment and cables so everything is easy to track
- Check your work for quality and flag anything that doesn't look right
- Keep accurate records of what's been built, moved, or completed
- Work safely with basic hand and power tools
- Team up with colleagues to hit shared deadlines
- Interest in technology, cabling, or hands-on technical work is a big plus
- Ability to stand, move around, and occasionally lift up to 25 kg during a shift
