As a Rigger at Sarens, you'll play a key role in delivering complex heavy lifting projects across Poland and Europe, working with some of the largest cranes and lifting equipment in the industry. You'll be part of a skilled team responsible for assembling cranes, preparing lifting operations, and ensuring every project is executed safely and efficiently. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with large equipment, takes pride in technical precision, and values teamwork. Your job in a nutshell:
- Prepare and execute specialised lifting operations on projects across Poland and Europe.
- Assemble and dismantle crawler, lattice boom and mobile cranes, including Terex/Demag CC3800, TC2800, AC-500 and Liebherr LG1750.
- Support lifting operations and ensure equipment is correctly prepared for safe execution.
- Carry out daily inspections, identify technical issues and support equipment maintenance activities.
- Complete required checklists and documentation in line with Sarens procedures.
- Work closely with Team Blue on challenging heavy lifting projects across different industries.
- Report directly to the Rigger Coordinator.

ABOUT YOU
You are a safety-conscious, hands-on professional who enjoys working with heavy equipment and taking on technical challenges. You remain focused under pressure, work well within a team, and are willing to travel for projects across Europe. Your experience with large crawler and lattice boom cranes allows you to contribute from day one while continuing to develop your expertise within Team Blue.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger, Crane Assembler or in a similar heavy lifting role.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Proven experience working with:
- Terex/Demag CC3800
- Liebherr LG1750
- Liebherr LG1800
- Liebherr LR1800
- Good understanding of lifting operations and workplace safety requirements.
- No contraindications for working at heights above 3 metres.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Openness to working in different terrain and site conditions.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects across Poland and Europe.
