About the job
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Trials Manager to lead and streamline product testing and validation across key development stages. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing robust quality assurance processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving products from initial concept to successful release. Your work will directly impact product reliability, user satisfaction, and overall operational excellence
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate certification testing for connected products throughout development stages
- Participate in project meetings to discuss certification progress and trial outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and external certification teams to align on requirements and resolve integration issues
- Report on certification status compared to expected milestones and timelines
- Create, update, and maintain certification documentation and trial records
- Follow certification program guidelines and trademark usage standards
- Identify, analyze, and document certification failures with reproduction steps and expected behavior
- Analyze trial results and provide recommendations for improving product integration quality
- Ensure products meet certification requirements before badge approval and skill publishing
- Research certification requirements and best practices to enhance the certification process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced level of English for daily collaboration with the international team
- 2+ years of proven experience in program or project management, driving initiatives to successful outcomes
- Solid understanding of the complete product launch lifecycle, from early prototypes to mass production
- Proficiency with modern reporting and analytics tools, including Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills with a proactive mindset and a collaborative team spirit
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize effectively, manage time, and keep complex projects on track
- Analytical problem-solving skills and confidence in making well-informed decisions under dynamic conditions
- High level of accountability, self-organization, and dedication to achieving high-quality results
- Critical thinking ability to evaluate challenges objectively and deliver pragmatic solutions
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
- Recognized industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Hands-on experience bringing hardware or electronics projects successfully into production
- 3+ years in a similar role within consumer electronics, smart home technologies, or subscription services
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business acumen and stress resilience in fast-paced environments
