Product Manager (Consumer-Facing B2B)
AutoUncle · EU Remote (based near Aarhus strongly preferred) · Full-time, permanent
We're building the AI-native infrastructure for how Europe's car dealers sell
AutoUncle helps hundreds of car dealers across Europe turn online attention into real customers. The industry is in the middle of a structural, AI-driven shift. From tools that merely record work to systems that actively do the work. We're well positioned to play a winning role in it.
We're looking for a Product Manager to grow into owning our lead suite: the tools that live in the dealer's own environment and turn car buyers into high-quality, consented leads and eventually customers. It's a rare mandate: a product surface that already helped shape how this market does conversion, and the chance to define what it becomes next.
The work
The problem you'd join us on: buying a car is a big, doubt-filled decision that now happens primarily on screens - and creating a human and trustworthy experience where car buyers are genuinely helped is what we are all about. Getting that balance right in the dealer's own environment and turning interest into a decision-ready car buyers is what you will be focused on. You will:
- continuously evolve how our lead suite helps both dealers and consumers.
- run tight, evidence-led discovery with dealers and car buyers.
- connect our lead suite to our AI native core.
- push the boundaries for how car buyers connect with dealerships.
You'll work on the products where AutoUncle meets the car buyer inside the dealer's world. Things like trade-in valuations, test-drive bookings and price alerts, and the ways they come together into something a visitor actually acts on.
You won't take on all of it at once. You'll start with a defined part of it. Shaped around where you're strongest and agreed together, and your scope grows from there as you find your footing and build up domain knowledge.
You'll run tight, evidence-led discovery with dealers and car buyers, and turn insight into shipped products fast. What's possible here keeps changing. New capabilities keep shifting what we can do for a car buyer and how much effect we can create for the dealer, often faster than the market adapts. Working out what to do with that is the interesting part of the job.
We won't pretend this is a green field. These products carry real usage and real revenue every day, and there's a fair bit to get right. Fixing what should be fixed, raising the bar on what already works, connecting properly into our AI-native core, and pushing the whole thing somewhere new. If that kind of work energizes you rather than puts you off, we should talk.
How we work
We've moved past the heavy product process. No long planning theatre. In the age of AI, the cost of building has collapsed to a fraction of what it was, and the way we work reflects that: small, high-leverage teams that prototype in hours, validate with real users and data, and iterate in the open. You'll be hands-on prototyping, digging into the numbers, sitting with engineers and our designer, not just directing from a distance.
We expect someone who works autonomously and takes decisions. Once you have achieved clarity, you'll be trusted to make the calls in your own area. That happens inside a clear overarching strategy, so you're never guessing at where we're headed. If you need a lot of structure to get moving, this isn't the right seat.
Our teams are built to flex, not to silo. Sometimes we join forces on one big push; sometimes each team steps into the other's territory when that's what the company needs. We're looking for someone who's energized by that, someone who takes real care of their own area, and is just as ready to put their weight behind a bigger push when that's what AutoUncle and our customers need.
You'll thrive here if you
- Are genuinely AI-first, a conviction, not a toolset. You build with AI every day and think natively in agent workflows. It's what lets a small team take on an ambition this size. (Non-negotiable.)
- Have owned consumer-facing digital products end to end. Years matter less than what you can show us - and you can explain a result, not just quote one: what you changed, what moved, why.
- Have worked as a member of a delivery team, not a client of one - with engineers and design daily, shaping solutions rather than handing over requirements
- Are a strong generalist who reframes the problem when things change, rather than defending a fixed remit.
- Have sharp business acumen and tie every product decision to a commercial result.
- Communicate exceptionally well across product, engineering, design and commercial.
- Are fluent in English, our working language. German is a strong plus - it would let you run discovery directly in our largest market.
Nice to have: automotive, marketplace, or two-sided-platform experience or deep ecommerce experience; having run a product deployed on third-party websites, where delivery depends on someone else's stack.
Who you are
Ambitious in a way that lifts the team, not just yourself. Humble enough to put the company ahead of your own ego. Coachable: you ask for feedback and act on it. Biased for action: you move without being told, and you pick up the trash when no one's looking.
Those are the traits we hire for, alongside the values we actually run on: Clear, Courage, Curiosity, Commitment, Compassion.
Practical
- Location: Aarhus HQ strongly preferred - we believe being in the room together is a real advantage. We can be flexible for the right Europe based person who's genuinely committed to frequent in-person time at the Aarhus office.
- Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Reporting to: the Head of B2B Product.
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience - discussed openly early in the process.
Interested?
Tell us about a consumer-facing product you owned and moved the numbers on - and how you're already building with AI today. We'd love to hear from you.
