Business Analyst – Intern

If so, you may be the Business Analyst Intern we are looking for in Quality Analytics.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play an active role in transforming quality data into actionable insights and digital solutions that drive business value across Novo Nordisk. Working alongside experienced Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders from across the organisation, you will build a strong foundation in business analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
Supporting the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
Helping translate business needs into data and reporting requirements
Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
Analysing data from strategic Quality and IT systems
Preparing presentations, process documentation, and communication materials
Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and analytics specialists
Contributing to digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Analytics
Your new department
In Enterprise IT & Quality, you will be part of a business area that drives impact across the full Novo Nordisk value chain. We strive to stay close to our stakeholders in the business to ensure we deliver on their needs, helping reach millions of people living with serious chronic diseases. Our focus is on being at the forefront within our three areas; ensuring the highest quality for patients, being a trusted tech leader and an environmentally responsible business.
Within this area, Quality Analytics enables trusted Quality data and transforms it into insights, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that support better decision-making across Novo Nordisk. Our ambition is to be the trusted business-facing intelligence capability for Quality and the single point of entry for quality data, analytics, and AI. You will join a collaborative team of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Data Engineers who are passionate about creating solutions that improve quality processes and generate business value.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a student who is eager to learn, proactive, and enjoys solving complex business challenges.
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a related field. In addition, you bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An interest in business processes and digital transformation
Excellent communication skills in English
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or other data visualisation tools
Process mapping or business analysis methodologies
Analytics or reporting projects from university or previous internships
You must be able to commit to 2-3 days on site a week.

Salary: Fix salary of 15,900 DKK
