What You’ll Do as a Marketing & Communications Specialist / Manager at Arteris
Join our global Marketing team and help strengthen the Arteris brand across the semiconductor and technology markets. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Brand Marketing, you will develop and execute B2B marketing and communications programs that increase awareness, support product and corporate initiatives, and engage technical and business audiences.
You will work closely with Communications and Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other teams across the globe to create compelling content, support media relations, grow our social media presence, and execute campaigns, product launches, speaking opportunities, and events.
This is a global role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Partner with Communications and Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other subject matter experts to create high-quality content, including corporate and product announcements, blogs, contributed articles, white papers, webinars, social media content, and other marketing assets.
- Brand Communications: Develop creative communications ideas and programs that strengthen the Arteris brand and increase visibility across U.S. and global technology and semiconductor markets.
- Public Relations: Support the creation, execution, management, and distribution of corporate and product announcements, including wire distribution and direct outreach to relevant media.
- Media Relations: Maintain media contact databases, develop media pitches and briefing materials, coordinate interviews and briefings, and support ongoing relationships with relevant business and technology media.
- Social Media: Support the growth of Arteris’ social media presence by maintaining the editorial calendar, developing content and engagement ideas, publishing approved content, driving audience engagement, and tracking and reporting performance.
- Content & Brand Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of brand assets, press materials, messaging, presentations, and content to enable consistent use across the company.
- Media & Market Monitoring: Monitor coverage of Arteris, key competitors, and relevant semiconductor and technology industry topics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Campaigns & Product Launches: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities associated with campaigns, corporate initiatives, and product launches.
- Speaking Opportunities: Coordinate industry speaking opportunities, including identifying opportunities, supporting abstract and submission development, tracking placements, and managing associated deliverables and deadlines.
- Events: Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and other marketing activities, including on-site coordination when required.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, corporate communications, PR, content marketing, or a related discipline, preferably within a technology or semiconductor company.
- At least 4 years of experience developing communications and content for multiple audiences and channels, including websites, social media, email, presentations, articles, and other digital content.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and content for both technical and business audiences.
- Hands-on experience supporting media relations, PR programs, corporate communications, or product communications.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing events, with the ability to travel when required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Product, Sales, and other functions in a global, multi-time-zone environment.
- Independent and delivery-oriented working style, with strong attention to detail and the ability to execute projects accurately and on schedule.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing and communications performance and use results to improve future programs.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in the semiconductor, EDA, semiconductor IP, electronics, or another highly technical B2B market.
- Graphic design, visual communication, or content production skills.
- Experience with social media management, media monitoring, PR distribution, marketing analytics, or content management platforms.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones is required.
- Ability to travel for industry events and other business activities as needed.
