Your role

As a Room Service Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality in-room dining experience. You will ensure that every order is prepared, delivered, and presented with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will be an important part of the guest journey, creating memorable moments through personalized service.

What you will do:

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy and presentation of all orders
• Set up trays and trolleys according to service standards
• Provide a warm and personalized service experience
• Handle guest requests and preferences with care
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Support the team during busy service periods

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in Room Service or F&B
• Passionate about guest service and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Well-organized and able to multitask
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset

Requirements:

• Previous experience as waiter or similar role is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
