Job Title: Process & Knowledge Transfer Coordinator
This role is temporary 12 months contract.
About the Role
Knowledge transfer plans are delivered on time and with minimal risk. The People Services team achieves the readiness and confidence to operate independently. Transitions are smooth, with limited disruption to employees and stakeholders. A Measurable improvement in process clarity, efficiency, and scalability is achieved and documented. This job is part of the Operational Excellence Team which is responsible for the transition of key processes to our Centre of Excellence and for the success and quality of the project across EMEA. What You’ll Do
Map and document end-to-end HR processes across all in-scope countries.
Develop standardized documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process maps.
Convert existing documentation into Scribe to improve consistency, accessibility, and quality.
Ensure all process documentation complies with local legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Design and execute structured knowledge transfer plans to transition activities into People Services.
Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions between subject matter experts and People Services teams.
Define scope, timelines, and success criteria for all transitions to ensure go-live readiness.
Manage the conversion workflow, including quality reviews, validation, and final sign-off.
Serve as the primary liaison between local People teams, People Services, and program leadership.
Identify process variations and recommend opportunities for harmonisation, simplification, and scalability.
Support change management efforts and operational readiness prior to and during transitions.
Assist with hypercare support post-transition to resolve issues and drive process stability.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in HR operations, Shared Services, or HR transformation projects.
Strong background in process documentation, process mapping, and SOP creation.
Experience coordinating knowledge transfer or service transitions (preferred).
Exposure to multi-country / EMEA HR environments and local compliance considerations.
Excellent organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
Analytical mindset with a focus on standardisation and continuous improvement.
Attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and gaps proactively.
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Familiarity with knowledge management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint).
Understanding of Shared Services operating models and transition methodologies.
Proficiency in Scribe (or similar step-capture tools) for SOP creation and conversion
