If it sounds like you, we invite you to join our Controlling team. As a Controller at Everllence, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization and collaborate with a team of 15 skilled and motivated controllers located across our three sites in Denmark.

You will play an important role in:

In this role, you will help build and strengthen the partnership between finance and business while fostering close collaboration with local teams across Everllence’s international group companies. You will act as a trusted business partner financial insights and support across a broad range of activities, including analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Reporting to Senior Manager Charlotte Johannesen, you will work closely with colleagues across the Controlling team to support business needs, ensure high-quality financial reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

Business partnering and analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Prepare and participate in monthly performance reviews and follow up on agreed actions
  • Prepare and review business cases in collaboration with relevant business areas
  • Monitor and support development projects from a financial perspective
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management on both recurring and ad hoc matters

Reporting and budgeting

  • Support month-end closing activities and procedures
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation and validation of budgets
  • Contribute to the preparation and completion of monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Everllence SE and VW

Optimisation and automation

  • Identify, promote and facilitate the sharing of best practices across the Reporting & Controlling department
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures across business areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Reporting & Controlling drive optimisation, standardisation, and automation initiatives

Support the development of efficient and scalable finance processes that create value for the business

We imagine that you:

You likely hold a relevant degree in Finance at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level, or have gained equilavent knowledge through your professional experience. Through your background, you have developed a strong business mindset and value collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and are comfortable working with both the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

You have a strong financial foundation and approximately 1-5 years of working experience in a role such as Controller, Analyst, or Consultant, or a similar finance-related position.

Your experience may come from a larger international company, a consultancy, or another relevant environment. Most importantly, you are able to communicate and present financial information in a clear, accurate and accessible way to different audiences.

As a person, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with varied and challenging tasks. You are proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented, and you see working closely with colleagues and stakeholders as an essential part of creating value. You are analytical, structured, and confident in reporting and financial analysis. At the same time, you are open-minded and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Our FL controlling Team consists of 15 skilled and engaged controllers working across three locations in Denmark. We support the business in all financial decision-making by providing insights, forecasts, business cases, and follow up on relevant KPIs.
