The Client Manager is responsible for monitoring and developing the relationship of its customer portfolio in a dynamic and professional approach complying with the BNP Paribas Factor procedures Your Main Activities Are

Manage a clients’ portfolio, handling daily credits assignments according to the contractual conditions

Verify credits’ validity through a consistent analysis of the respective support documentation;

Manage overdue and unsettled invoices

Prompt handle of clients’ requests
-
Report to his/her direct manager all kinds of process disfunctions, proposing solutions to increase client satisfaction

Take decisions within its delegations
-
Ensure the client’s profitability along the contracts’ life

Elaborate credit proposals (clients’ annual reviews and reconfigurations)

Prepare and review the clients’ KYC process

Monitor clients’ interactions on the CRM platform (Salesforce)

Ensure regular visits to clients and quick follow-up Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
-
Relevant experience in customer relationship management (1 to 3 years)

Knowledge of the factoring product
-
Basic knowledge of risk analysis
-
Fluent in English
-
Dynamic, proactive and collaborative

Adaptability and organizational skills

Attention to detail and results-oriented

Residence in the Porto metropolitan area
