Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support OpenText Content Server environments.
Configure and manage OpenText Content Suite components and related services.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and performance tuning.
Design and implement Content Server solutions, workflows, forms, and reports.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues.
Configure and support OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), LDAP, and SAML integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JDBC, and related technologies.
Manage user access, security, permissions, and governance policies.
Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders for solution delivery and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
