About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender who knows their way around a busy bar and is confident taking ownership of the bar during their shift.

This is not a Bar Manager role, but you’ll be the experienced person we can rely on to keep the bar running smoothly, maintain high cocktail standards and stay on top of everything from opening to closing.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the bar during your shift
• Prepare great cocktails quickly and consistently
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Deliver fun, friendly service and connect with guests
• Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams
• Follow our hygiene, HACCP and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Solid bartending experience and confidence working independently
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Someone hands-on who naturally takes responsibility
• A friendly, energetic personality
• A team player who enjoys a busy service
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
