As part of a passionate and knowledgeable team, you will help customers improve quality assurance within the grain and food industries while contributing to sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
This is what you will do
As a International Sales and Business Development, you will play a key role in driving growth in selected international markets where Cgrain works directly with customers. You will identify new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and manage the sales process from initial dialogue through negotiation and successful order completion.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how Cgrain’s solutions can create value in their operations. You will ensure customers have a clear understanding of the benefits of our solutions, including through product demonstrations, and guide them throughout the sales journey.
Working closely with our technical team, you will support and facilitate installations and project implementations. You will also build the expertise needed to independently drive customer engagements and sales opportunities.
You will also contribute by maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, gathering market insights, and monitoring industry trends. The role includes representing Cgrain at customer meetings, trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events, as well as supporting international key account initiatives and marketing activities.
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Sales & Marketing Manager at Cgrain AB. The position is based in Sweden
Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Experience managing B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, from business development to negotiation and closing.
- Experience selling technical products, solutions, or services within industrial, agricultural, or food-related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and digital sales tools.
- Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
