What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated candidate to support our Procurement team in Munich with a wide range of activities, including everyday lab management, partnership alliance, demo development and content management. You'll collaborate closely with our global team of experts, gaining insight into BCG's approach to solving our clients' challenges. This position offers you a unique opportunity to learn in a highly professional and fast-paced environment, providing you with valuable experience and a deep dive into the world of strategic consulting.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Procurement Topic Area is an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., procurement strategy, operating model, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, risk & resilience, etc.).

What You'll Bring
- Enrolled Master-student in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (must have)
- Very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with additional analytical or data tools is a plus (must have)
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence in working with large datasets (must have)
- Proficient and responsible use of AI tools to support analysis, automation, and efficiency (must have)
- Prior exposure to the procurement or related topics is preferred but not required
Who You'll Work With
You will work within the Vantage Team - our global expert team - in BCG's Operations practice and the Procurement topic.
While working within the Vantage Team, you would also play a role in managing and disseminating knowledge within the firm, participating in the creation of internal databases and tools that facilitate the sharing of insights and best practices across BCG's global network, which will offer you a unique experience in research, analysis, and practical applications.
