About BlackVogel
BlackVogel is a strategic advisory firm working at the frontier of blockchain, AI, Web3, digital assets, regulation and policy.
About the role
You'll support the organization of our events programme from planning through follow-up, while keeping deliverables on track across several client accounts. Alongside this, you'll produce and edit written content across a range of formats and voices — for our own brand and our clients' — much of it on technical and regulatory subject matter.
You'll work directly with our CEO every day. This is a junior position at Officer level, but with real potential to grow — we want you to develop with the company and take on more responsibility as you do.
We are looking for a motivated, disciplined and reliable worker that wants to invest into their career and grow with us.
What you will do
Programme & coordination
- Support our roundtable series and support client events, end to end
- Keep deliverables and review cycles on track across accounts, coordinating our designer along the way
- Travel with our Founder & CEO to events, sometimes at short notice
Communications & content
- Write, edit and publish content across formats and channels, adapting voice to each brand
- Own recurring content production, supported by a tracked calendar
- Research and fact-check underlying material
What we are looking for
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Communication, Business, Administration, Policy or similar
- Excellent written English
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong coordination and project management
- Familiarity with AI for work
- Genuine curiosity about AI, Web3, digital assets and regulation. You do not need to arrive as an expert — most of our team didn't — but you need to want to become one.
- A fast learner across a broad tool stack (Claude Cowork, Figma, Hubspot, Substack - if you are not familiar with one of them that is fine, as long as you are willing to learn them)
- Based in Europe
Nice to have
- Experience in Web3, crypto, fintech or regulatory environments
- Event coordination experience
- Hands-on audio/video editing, SEO, or CMS familiarity
- Spanish, some of our team speaks Spanish
What we offer
- Direct daily collaboration with our CEO
- A front-row seat in Web3
- Real ownership and a role designed to grow with the company
- A small, close-knit, international team
- Fully remote within Europe
