As a Junior Group Finance Analyst, you support the Group Controlling team in monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and performance analysis for the Aalberts HFC group. You help transform financial data into insights that support management decision-making and business performance improvement.
You will work closely with various departments and finance teams across multiple countries and play an important role in developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that contribute to a data-driven organization.

Your Challenge
As a Junior Group Finance Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analysing, and translating financial and operational data into actionable insights for the organization. You support the Finance department by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses that enable better business decision-making.
In this role, you:
- Produce recurring financial reports including KPI reporting, revenue, inventory and production reports, and monthly P&L analyses. Improve & automate them.
- Build and optimize dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SAP and other BI tools.
- Analyse financial and operational data from SAP systems and BI platforms to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and management information to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Support users with questions regarding reports, datasets, and queries.
- Contribute to the further digitalization and automation of financial processes.
Requirements
We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working with data and creating business insights:
- Bachelor’s degree level in Finance, Controlling, Business Economics, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel skills, Experience with SAP & Power BI is an advantage.
- Interest in data analytics and reporting automation is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Accurate, structured, and quality-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Fluent in English
