Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Mission

At Newryglobal, people are at the heart of everything we do. As our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us find, attract and welcome the talent that drives our growth. You’ll work across the full recruitment cycle, from the first job post to a new hire’s first day, alongside an experienced People Team that will support your development from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn and social media channels.
• Review resumes and carry out the initial screening of applicants.
• Run initial phone screenings and take part in competency-based interviews, online or in person.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Help prepare job offer letters and manage pre-onboarding documentation.
• Support the HR team with onboarding and with welcoming new hires.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR consulting. Internships count.

Languages: Fluent English (C1).
