We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Organisation team in Copenhagen.
This is a hands-on, process-owning role, where you will run end-to-end recruitments for our Danish and UK offices, from kick-off to contract signing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of quality, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both candidates and hiring managers by excelling in process ownership, communication and digital tools.
The Team
People & Organisation sits within Strategy & People and covers talent acquisition, business partnering for the investment and corporate teams, rewards, payroll and mobility, people operations, analytics and events. We are 14 employees in the P&O team, covering our different regions. You will work mainly alongside P&O colleagues in Denmark but will be a part of a global peer group for learning and networking.
The Job
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will sit in the People & Organisation team and collaborate closely with P&O Business Partners and hiring managers across our European offices, from the investment teams to Finance & Operations, and Strategy & People. You will report to our Head of Talent.
In the role you will:
- Run end-to-end recruitment for our Danish and UK offices, from defining the role to closing the hire
- Partner with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners on role requirements, candidate profiles and search strategy
- Identify and approach candidates through direct sourcing, networks, referrals and external channels
- Advice and partner with hiring managers on candidate assessment, market availability and recruitment practice
- Create compelling job adverts and candidate communication that accurately reflects the role and the culture of Novo Holdings
- Design and continuously improve candidate experience from initial contact through the first day of employment, ensuring every stage reflects professionalism, diversity and inclusion.
- Own recruitment data and reporting, as well the assessment setup and interview framework used by hiring managers
- Identify and leverage digital tools that reduce time to hire, improve hiring quality, and support consistent adoption throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Build proactive talent pipelines and design targeted campaigns for our hard to find positions
- Be our point of contact for executive search, and keep the team current on recruiting markets and trends
While the core of the role initially will be to own the recruiting processes, we are hoping that the right candidate with time will be able to expand the scope into other parts of the Talent Acquisition value chain, including for example employer branding, workforce management, onboarding and assessment setup.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years working with recruitment and talent acquisition in an in-house international HR function or in executive search
- Strong subject matter expertise within the talent acquisition field and with knowledge and curiosity to digital recruitment techniques, tools and platforms
- A high level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience from professional services, an investment organisation or a financial organisation is an advantage
Personal Qualifications
As a person you are:
- Excellent at engaging with candidates and stakeholders at every level
- Structured, able to plan a process, communicate it well and own it through to the end
- At home with digital tools, and curious about where AI can take work out of a process
- Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking initiative
- Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and ambitious to expand the role into a broader Talent Acquisition role
