Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Functional Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience to lead functional analysis and solution design across CRM implementation projects. The consultant will own functional workstreams, translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and guide clients and delivery teams in applying Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities effectively.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Dataverse REST APIs.
- Proven experience integrating CRM with 3rd-party systems via APIs or Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
- Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution management, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Understanding of CRM security models, data model design, and performance considerations.
- Solid understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AZ-204 (strong plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid work permit
Your future role
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements analysis, process design, demos, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Translate complex business needs into solution designs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including data models, forms, views, business rules, security roles, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Own functional workstreams and manage delivery backlogs in Azure DevOps, including scope refinement, prioritization, estimation, dependencies, and progress tracking.
- Advise stakeholders on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, limitations, best practices, and configuration-versus-customization decisions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers on integrations, data migration, security, automation, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead functional testing, support UAT, coordinate defect triage, and ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements.
- Review functional deliverables, maintain solution documentation, and mentor less-experienced consultants within the project team.
