• Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies before payment
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with general ledger records to maintain accuracy
• Manage vendor account setups, updates, and maintenance

• Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and support audit preparations
