As our organization continues to grow, we are strengthening our Global HR Shared Services function to deliver efficient, high-quality support to employees and HR teams around the world.
We're looking for an HR Specialist to join our Global HR Shared Services team. As part of a growing global team, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners, local HR teams and employees to support key employee lifecycle processes while helping drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day HR operational support for global HR teams across multiple regions.
Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across HR systems.
Prepare employment documentation, verification letters, and other HR-related communications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-hire activities, offer letter preparation, system setup, and exit documentation.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and business decision-making.
Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and assist with data audits, clean-up initiatives, and system updates.
Collaborate with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and other HR stakeholders to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee and HR experience.
Support global HR projects, system implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
Deliver high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or a similar HR support role.
Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operational activities.
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally and responsibly.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global or multi-country HR operations.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleConnect.
Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
Additional language skills such as French or other European languages.
Experience with HR ticketing or case management systems.
Exposure to HR process improvement, automation, or system implementation projects.
Understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation requirements.
