Senior Data 360 Consultant / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data 360 Consultant / Architect to take ownership of the data layer on our most complex Salesforce engagements. Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) is now at the core of every AI and Agentforce initiative, making this role pivotal to our clients’ success. You will bridge the gap between the client’s current data landscape and the target architecture, shaping innovative solutions that unlock measurable value. This position spans the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and design to activation and handover—while also providing strategic input during pre-sales activities. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, ensuring robust data governance and compliance from day one. Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end Data 360 solutions, including source mapping, data modeling, and identity resolution
• Define architectural strategies for ingestion vs Zero Copy, batch vs real-time processing, and system integration
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables through workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Apply governance, privacy, and consent frameworks at every project stage
• Shape and validate solutions during pre-sales by supporting scoping, estimation, and technical presentations
• Mentor team members, develop reference architectures, and contribute to internal expertise building

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical delivery roles, including 2+ years of hands-on Data 360 / Data Cloud experience
• Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential
• Strong foundation in data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution concepts
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), and SQL
• Practical knowledge of at least one major external data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementation
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and executive-level discussions

Nice to have

• Agentforce Specialist certification or relevant delivery experience
• Familiarity with AI-oriented data patterns such as RAG, vector stores, and search indexing
• Background in Marketing Cloud and Personalization (MCP / Evergage) for journey and segmentation design
• Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Flows, LWC, and Apex
• Awareness of consumption-based licensing models and credit usage optimization
• Industry expertise in financial services, telecom, retail, or manufacturing
