• Join a global financial institution protecting customers from financial crime • Work on complex corporate KYC cases across international markets • Develop expertise in AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with Compliance teams and Relationship Managers across the business Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a Senior CLM/KYC Specialist to join their Customer Lifecycle Management Operations team in Kraków. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen controls that protect the organisation and its customers from money laundering, financial crime and terrorist financing.
Position Overview
As a Senior CLM/KYC Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end customer onboarding and conduct KYC due diligence reviews for corporate clients. You'll analyse complex ownership structures, assess risk ratings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global AML and regulatory standards while meeting quality and service level targets.
Responsibilities
• Complete KYC due diligence reviews within agreed timelines • Analyse customer profiles and identify beneficial owners • Execute screening alerts for sanctions, PEP and adverse media • Review and recommend customer risk rating adjustments • Coordinate with Compliance and Relationship Managers on cases • Verify documentation for account opening and regulatory requirements • Escalate material risk concerns to management and stakeholders • Coach colleagues and support continuous process improvement Requirements
• Strong knowledge of CDD, KYC, AML, sanctions, FATCA and CRS • Experience analysing corporate customers and complex ownership structures • Ability to interpret legal and corporate documentation accurately • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to meet quality targets and SLAs • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Collaborative mindset with flexibility to support team needs How to Apply
