International Student Support Assistant – Poznań

We are looking for a reliable and organised freelance International Student Support Assistant based in Poznań. The successful candidate will provide practical, in-person assistance to international students attending Poznan University of Medical Sciences.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet students upon arrival at the airport, railway station or bus station.
  • Accompany students to their accommodation.
  • Assist with university registration and administrative procedures.
  • Help students obtain SIM cards, public transport cards and bank accounts.
  • Support students with address registration and residence-related procedures when required.
  • Provide an introduction to Poznań, the university and essential local services.
  • Communicate with universities, landlords, banks and public offices when necessary.
  • Submit or collect documents when authorised.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide clear written updates after each assignment.

Requirements:

  • Currently living in Poznań.
  • Good knowledge of Poznań and its public transport system.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Polish language skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, responsible and comfortable supporting international students.
  • Flexible availability during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
  • Legally entitled to provide freelance services in Poland.

Compensation:

  • €50 for each student supported.
  • €7 per hour for additional tasks approved in advance.
  • Working hours are flexible and depend on student arrivals and assigned tasks.
