We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager - Commercial HVAC Solutions to drive the go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and growth of our Commercial Comfort portfolio.

Acting as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you will translate product and market strategies into compelling value propositions, impactful marketing campaigns, effective sales enablement tools, and successful product launches. You will play a key role in helping our organization win in the market by ensuring our solutions are differentiated, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

The portfolio primarily focuses on commercial comfort applications , including heating, air conditioning, process cooling, data center cooling, flow control, and electronic control technologies, with some support for transport-related solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the commercialization of both existing and future technologies while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including portfolio positioning, target audiences, messaging frameworks, launch plans, and KPIs.
  • Translate market, customer, and product insights into clear, differentiated value propositions.
  • Lead commercialization activities for new product introductions and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments, personas, and buying journeys.
  • Conduct persona mapping and customer journey analysis to better understand decision-making processes and engagement needs.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, competitive insights, presentations, training materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Train and support sales teams on value propositions, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support business development activities by equipping sales teams with the tools and insights needed to identify and win opportunities.
  • Prioritize and support the development of digital tools such as ROI calculators, product selection tools, and competitive comparison resources.
  • Coordinate input from Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to deliver cohesive commercialization plans.
  • Continuously optimize go-to-market strategies using customer feedback, market insights, and performance data.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen portfolio performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Experience working with OEM customers and understanding their business needs.
  • Background in product marketing, portfolio marketing, technical marketing, application engineering, sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer buying process.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messages and value propositions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial HVAC technologies such as air conditioning, heating, boilers, heat pumps, process cooling, data center cooling, flow control, or related applications.
  • Experience creating sales enablement tools and delivering training to commercial teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, and marketing functions in a matrix organization.
