We are expanding our corporate Warehouse teams to join our logistics management team**.**

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will join the Graphic Design and Marketing team to support the logistics management of corporate materials, ensuring their proper organization, maintenance and availability for national and international events.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Management, organization and maintenance of the corporate materials and merchandising warehouse.
- Inventory control and updating.
- Preparation, packaging and tracking of national and international shipments.
- Transportation of materials between the company's different offices and warehouses.
- Assembly and dismantling of small stands and exhibition spaces (carpeting, televisions, furniture, decorative elements, etc.).
- Preparation of materials for trade fairs, conferences and corporate events.
- Support with graphic production tasks: printing, cutting, laminating, binding and document finishing.
- Basic maintenance and inspection of exhibition and audiovisual equipment.
- Collaboration with the Graphic Design and Marketing team on logistics requirements arising from campaigns and events.
- Ensuring that all corporate materials are properly organized, maintained and available when required.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in transportation, logistics and event setup. The main requirements for the position are:
- Category B driving licence and experience driving vehicles of up to 3,500 kg.
- Experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Basic electrical knowledge for the installation of audiovisual equipment and materials.
- Ability to plan tasks and prioritize work, as well as carry out manual and assembly tasks. Physical work will be required.
- Organized, meticulous and detail-oriented.
The following will also be considered an advantage:
- Experience assembling stands for trade fairs and events.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (televisions, mounts, cabling, etc.).
- Experience managing inventories using IT tools.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.
- Forklift or aerial work platform licence (if applicable within the company).
- Basic level of English for documentation and international shipments.
